PRODUCTION CORRELATIONS
Oenological No oak, no malolactic. Reductive winemaking in stainless steel. Verdello is sometimes blended in to enhance aromatics.
Viticultural Sauvgnon Musque clone is common. Fruit generally allowed some shade from the bright persistent sunlight to preserve fresh flavors, easily accomplished due to high vigor.
Terroir Principally grown in the moderate temperatures and deep heavy clays of mid-valley. Fog free.
