Winemaker: Lynn Wilson
Lynn, besides being educated as an Aeronautical Engineer, has an excellent reputation at being a gourmet chef. He decided to combine these skills along with course work completed at UC Davis and hands on training to make the best wine possible.

Futures
We have two labels:
-- Pilot Peak wines which are medium to heavy body -- more complex -- structured wines with great fruit and flavors.
-- Peak A Boo wines which are light to medium bodied, fruit forward -- easy drinking -- food friendly wines.
Both are great sellers!
Estate Vineyard Acreage
4.5 acres of estate vineyards on site.
We also contract with Sierra Foothills growers to control the acreage and allow us the best choices for great grapes to make great wine!
