Brochelle Vineyards is a small boutique winery located in the hills on the west side of Paso Robles, California. Our vines are head pruned, deficit irrigated and hillside grown. The vineyard is maintained to produce only low, concentrated yields. We take great pride in the fact that our wines are hand crafted by us personally with excessive emphasis on quality. Our mission is to create wines of true distinction.
Our winemaking techniques are old world style -- fermented in open top bins using natural yeasts and pressed with a small basket press. No pumps or holding tanks are ever used in our winery. We believe that great wines are made in the vineyard, not from manipulation during the winemaking process. Our detailed efforts result in limited-production vintages swathed in voluptuous fruit with a velvet mouthfeel and long, lingering finishes.
