Tom LaTour, former chairman and CEO of Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, helped make Kimpton an industry leader in boutique hotels and chef-driven restaurants, building one relationship at a time with a tireless desire to entertain people. Now Tom is overjoyed to have another avenue for expressing that desire through growing grapes and producing wine. Seeing winemaking as a natural extension of hospitality, Tom has leveraged his passion for wine into a reality of producing high quality artisan Napa Valley and Oregon wines.

Visiting the Winery
LaTour Vineyards Chardonnay and Syrah are grown on 25 acres along Napa's Mount Veeder appellation, home to some of the steepest vineyards and most remote wineries in California. In addition, Tom bottles an Oregon Pinot Noir from the Lazy River Vineyards, located in Oregon's Willamette Valley. He also owns 10 acres in Walla Walla, Washington, where he grows Cabernet Sauvignon.
