Mosby Winery is committed to producing award-winning Cal-Italian wines from estate-grown fruit. The vineyards surrounding the winery are in rolling hills that provide a multitude of microclimates, perfect for the various vines of Italian decent that grow there. Bill Mosby's philosophy of wine making is simple... handle the wines as little as possible, and through the use of older oak barrels for aging, let the flavor of the grapes show through.
