Peconic Bay Winery produces very fine varietals like Riesling, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier. The old vines here also produce extraordinary Chardonnay, produced both as a Steel-Fermented wine and as a traditionally produced barrel-aged version called La Barrique.

Visiting the Winery
Our tasting room is open 7 days a week, 11am – 5 pm, Sunday through Wednesday, and 11 am – 6 pm, Thursday, 11 am - 9 pm (Open Mic Night) Friday 11 am - 9 pm (Bon Fire Fridays), and Saturday from 11 am - 7 pm.
